Day to day operational administration contract based in Bristol.
Administration of the BMC Helix Ticket queues, Roc Cable Enquiries Queue and Fault
Arrange for Equipment maintenance, calibration, hiring and off hiring
Management of vans, including carrying out weekly checks, arrangement of servicing etc
Preparation of job packs, for each job
Tracking of jobs from start to completion
Management of stock and carry out stock control
Diary Management
Scanning and filing of job packs
SharePoint filing management
General Administration
Maintaining, processing and tracking staff certifications and skills
Holiday and sickness record
Security and Mandatory site training for all ROC personnel on site
Assist the Office manager when required and cover when required
Good communications skills
Experience in Microsoft Office & SharePoint
Experience in service desk and ticketing systems an advantage
