Role summary

The Resourcer’s primary focus is to support the recruitment team to help source permanent talent within the cabling infrastructure sector through job boards and LinkedIn.

Employment status-6 months FTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards and LinkedIn

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements, build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future vacancies

  • Provide support in arranging interviews and coordinating recruitment processes

  • Update and manage candidate records in the application tracking system

  • Monitor candidate applications/ responses received and ensure candidates applications are processed effectively

  • Provide general administration support

  • Update the application system with candidate progress and interview feedback

  • An ability to identify both security and non-security-cleared candidates aligned to company values and that provide an excellent cultural fit

  • Self-confident and proactive in providing regular communication and updates; keeping the relevant colleagues informed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised and able to Multi-task

  • First class communication – must enjoy talking to people on the telephone

  • Knowledge of Data protection and GDPR

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and application tracking systems

  • Experience of using Bamboo

  • Previous experience recruiting engineering roles at all business levels from Apprentice to Managerial level
