Roc Technologies recognised as ‘Fast Riser’ at the Thames Valley 250 dinner

Roc Technologies attended an awards dinner last night held for 60 local business leaders to celebrate the launch of 2018 TV250 listing of the Thames Valley’s leading private companies. The event, held annually, is in its ninth year and saw Roc win the ‘Fast Riser’ category.

The awards were sponsored by HSBC UK, Moore Stephens, Gateley plc, Henley Business School and Vail Williams. The event was an opportunity to recognise the achievements of some star performers in the Thames Valley and Roc beat off tough competition in its category with finalists including: Chervron Traffic Management, CV-Library, Lucy Group and Xeretec.

CEO of Roc, Matt Franklin, said, “It is an honour to be recognised in the TV250 alongside some of the leading businesses in our region. Receiving the ‘Fast Riser’ Award is a testament to the commitment and innovation of the Roc team and to outcomes we deliver to our customers in the public and private sector. Roc accelerated our growth in 2017, and we intend to continue that trajectory as we look to help more organisations transform their digital futures.”.

The combined sales of TV250 businesses are over £20 billion and they employ more than 100,000 people. David Murray, publisher of The Business Magazine and the TV250, noted: “One interesting statistic that came out last year was that the economy of the greater Thames Valley actually dwarfs the economies of the so-called powerhouses like Greater Birmingham and Greater Manchester.”

Roc provides business and technology transformation services to multinational companies and public-sector organisations. Started over 5 years ago, Roc has developed into an energised team of over 350 programme, process and technology platform and managed service experts enabling organisations to deliver their digital transformation vision in less time with less risk and deliver significant and sustainable business outcomes.
