Roc Technologies accredited as a Netcall Citizen Hub partner

Netcall have today announced that Roc Technologies are now authorised as an accredited partner for the Citizen Hub platform.

Citizen Hub is Netcall’s solution for local government built on the Liberty Create low-code platform. Citizen Hub provides the ability to deploy and rapidly accelerate business applications for citizen services. This enables councils to maximise budgets, beat legacy gridlock and quickly digitise their organisations.

Roc Technologies is a UK headquartered transformation services provider with a Business Process Management and Optimisation service that helps enterprises and public sector organisations create positive, tangible business outcomes from process change.

Roc’s process-led approach, enables change quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably, which along with Roc’s rapid development capability, is a natural fit with the Citizen Hub platform. Customers are supported on their transformation journey by the automation of business processes and the delivery of web and mobile applications, using both Citizen Hub and the Liberty Create low-code platform.

Matt Franklin, Chief Executive at Roc Technologies said, “Helping customers achieve their vision for digital transformation is a key focus for us, especially as organisations look to optimise their operations in these challenging times.  It’s an honour to be the first accredited Citizen Hub delivery partner and we look forward to working together to drive some great outcomes for our mutual clients.”

Kevin Jordan, Head of Channel for Netcall said, “We are extremely happy that our existing partnership with Roc Technologies has extended to include our Citizen Hub platform,”

“Through this partnership with Roc, we look forward to assisting more local authorities in reaching their digital transformation goals, improve their operational efficiency and provide outstanding services to their citizens”.

As population continues to grow and diversify, enabling communities to digitally liaise with councils is becoming inevitable.

In Croydon, residents collectively speak over 100 languages and need an easy-to-use, efficient and always available self-service to access information, request services, make payments, and otherwise connect with the council.
