Matt Franklin, CEO of Roc Technologies comment, “Last year was a significant and positive year in Roc’s history, with our acquisition of City Change Management and the strategic investment from BGF happening at the end of what was a period of accelerated growth for the business. Our recent inclusion in The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 league table, which ranks Britain’s fast growing private companies demonstrates how the Roc team is creating one of the UK’s most exciting transformation service providers. The BGF investment and CCM transaction happened incredibly smoothly, allowing our team to keep focused on our customer’s needs, and to me that is the sign of a great investment partner.”
